Since 2020, the French MMA Federation (FMMAF) has been structuring and developing the sport by establishing an exceptional framework for practicing MMA, whether recreationally, as an amateur, or professionally. The FMMAF grades were designed to standardize the technical progression system through a system adapted to the age and level of practice of the licensee.
A program adapted for MMA
All recognized specialists in the discipline (coaches, veterans), the designers of the FMMAF grades took into account the unique characteristics of MMA to establish the educational curriculum.
The practitioner will thus be able to approach and familiarize themselves with the different distances of combat, speeds and resistances in a gradual manner until they achieve defensive and offensive mastery of all aspects specific to MMA.
